FUNAE – Plataforma de Mecanismo de Queixas e Reclamações (GRM)
Technical leadership in the design and development of the GRM platform for registering and monitoring submissions (Grievances, Suggestions, or Complaints) for the Mozambique Energy Fund (FUNAE). Clean code architecture, CI/CD pipeline, and advanced Automatic Assignment Algorithms for optimized workload distribution.
Sistema de Presenças com QR Code
Attendance control system designed to replace manual registers with a digital flow based on ID cards and smartphone scanning. The solution enabled real-time check-ins, reduced operational errors, and improved traceability for management and HR teams.
FAMS – Farmers and Agent Management System
Co-founder and Chief Technology & Product Officer of FAMS. I lead the technical architecture, product roadmap, and direct field implementation across 9+ agribusiness companies in 5 Mozambican provinces, in partnership with GIZ, NIRAS, and COMO Consult. From core backend engineering to on-site user training — full end-to-end ownership.
JURIS – Plataforma de Lei e Direitos
Civic education app co-created by EQUIP Mozambique in partnership with AMAC to present Mozambican law in simplified language (text, images, and audio), connected to a complaints mechanism for injustice and corruption, with 20,000+ downloads. Partnership and training with the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Provincial Bureau of Sofala. Beneficiary of the African Union Civic Tech Fund 2.0.
DoaMoz – Sistema de Gestão de Dadores de Sangue
Digital blood donor management platform for Mozambique, comprising a mobile app (Flutter) for donor and technician workflows, and a backend API (Laravel/PHP) for central data management. The system aims to connect blood donors with national blood demand.
Sistema de Acesso e Analytics para Bibliotecas
Data-driven platform to monitor library usage, user profiles, and visit patterns. The system turned fragmented records into actionable intelligence, supporting management decisions, service planning, and institutional expansion strategy.
KUKURA – Plataforma Digital para Organizações Comunitárias
Mobile and web platform supporting Mozambican community-based organizations to formalize processes, manage data, and improve operations. Evolved from MVP (2023) to a scalable production-ready solution (2024), with official launch in June 2025.
Fonte da Vida – Distribuição Digital da Bíblia
Omnichannel platform that enabled over 80,000 Portuguese-speaking Africans to receive the Bible on their phones via app, web, SMS, and WhatsApp, while supporting remote pastoral follow-up.
Aidai – Plataforma de Informação de Emergência
Multichannel platform launched after Cyclone Idai to broadcast alerts, maps, and critical guidance to over 10,000 affected people, bridging humanitarian teams and communities.
Município do Dondo – Portal Oficial
Institutional website developed, hosted, and operated since 2019, providing news, municipal services, forms, and content management under defined SLAs.
Manna Software – Sistema para Restaurantes
Robust restaurant management platform with digital menu, order control per table, dynamic promotions, multi-restaurant administration, and QR Code integration. Led development team, defined product roadmap, validated technical architecture (PHP/Laravel), and represented the company at strategic events.
Casa Msika – Portal Turístico
Responsive website for Casa Msika resort, combining visual storytelling, multilingual content, and lead capture forms for enquiries and bookings.
Consultare – App de Primeiros Socorros
Cross-platform mobile (Android and iOS) and web application providing first aid information for common domestic emergencies, developed by a team of Mozambican doctors. Freely available, works offline, and uses accessible language for any user.

Online learning platform built to deliver educational content in an accessible, structured format. My involvement was as technology department supervisor, providing technical support and strategic feedback to the development team.

Digitalisation project for a religious and community organisation in Mozambique. My involvement was as technology department supervisor, providing technical guidance, oversight, and feedback to the development team throughout the project.
Abastece
Web platform mapping fuel stations across Mozambique, with filters by province, brand, and available services. Contributed by programming specific website features and integrating the project's API to connect the frontend with real-time data.
Sistema de Gestão de Membros – Conceito Frelimo
Digital platform concept for centralised political party membership management, featuring member profiles, hierarchical structure, digital card issuance, and participation reports. Developed as a technical proposal with functional mockups.

FUNAE – Capacitação em Gestão de Sistemas e Plataformas Web
Technical training programme delivered by TechSolutions for FUNAE staff, focused on autonomous management of web platforms, integrated systems, and institutional digital infrastructure. The programme ensured internal team autonomy in maintaining and safeguarding the Fund's digital infrastructure.
VaMoz Competir – GIZ / NIRAS
Acted as Consultant, Trainer, Field Implementer, and FAMS Technical Lead on the VaMoz Competir project (GIZ/NIRAS), leading FAMS implementation across 6 new companies in Nampula, Niassa, Zambézia, Sofala, and Manica. Collaborating with NIRAS on behalf of GIZ (October 2025 – July 2026), leading the digitalization component. Formal contract as National STE for Digitalization (NIRAS/GIZ) — October 2025 to July 2026.
Sistema de Gestão de Ausências (Absentify + Microsoft Teams)
Implementation and customization of an absence management solution integrated with Microsoft Teams to centralize leave requests, approvals, and availability visibility. The project improved team coordination, reduced administrative friction, and increased transparency in HR processes.
ProEcon – GIZ / COMO Consult
Acted as Consultant, Trainer, Field Implementer, and FAMS Technical Lead while leading adoption and implementation of digital solutions across 8 agribusiness companies. Delivered customised FAMS modules with full agile delivery ownership. Formal contract as National STE for Digitalization (NIRAS/GIZ) — October 2025 to July 2026.
E.Acacia – Solução de Pagamento de Taxas Municipais
Architecture and technical delivery consulting for a municipal tax payment solution, leading functional design, roadmap coordination, and App Store/Google Play submission for Maputo City Council.
MISAU – Aprovação Institucional da App Consultare
Technical consulting across the development and validation lifecycle of the Consultare application, officially approved by Mozambique's Ministry of Health (MISAU) for public distribution.
Moz Agri LDA – Implementação FAMS
On-site FAMS implementation mission for Moz Agri, LDA, in Chuala/Bárue (Manica), covering 5 days of training, configuration, and system validation in real-world settings: office, field, factory, and slaughterhouse. COPRA value chain with 450–600 producers in the database.
ECOMOZ – FAMS para Processamento de Copra e Exportação
FAMS implementation for ECOMOZ covering the full operational workflow for copra oil production and export management: from producer registration in the field to final product exportation, with batch traceability, quality control, and field-factory integration.
Djobar – Plataforma Digital
Digital platform developed as a consulting engagement for TechSolutions, with agile delivery and focus on technical quality. Project completed within defined timelines and budget.

Digital application for healthcare professionals centralizing obstetric clinical protocols and guiding teams through critical childbirth operations. Built for resource-limited environments, prioritizing fast access and simplicity in emergency situations.
KULTUARE – Plataforma de Cultura Moçambicana
Digital platform for celebrating, preserving, and sharing Mozambican cultural content. Connects local creators with national and international audiences, promoting cultural identity through modern digital formats.
H-Link – Solução Digital de Saúde
Integrated digital health solution developed to improve coordination between healthcare professionals, patients, and hospital management systems in Mozambique.
Start Escolar – Sistema de Gestão Escolar
School management system developed for Mozambican schools, covering student records, grades, fee payments, and attendance control. Simplifies school administration and improves communication with parents and guardians.
CPRES – Controlo de Presenças por QR/Barcode
Mobile app for student and employee attendance control using Barcode and QR-Code scanning. Replaced manual registers with a fast digital workflow, providing real-time history and automatic reports.
Kukanela – App de Comunicação em Língua Gestual
Hybrid application (Android and iOS) developed to facilitate communication between hearing people and those with hearing disabilities who use Mozambican sign language. Focused on social inclusion and digital accessibility.
DONANTE – Plataforma de Doações
Donation platform MVP developed at the 2nd #HACK Indigitous Beira Hackathon (2nd place). Connects donors to credible institutions for allocation of contributions to real, verified needs in Mozambican communities.
C-YANGA – App de Informação para Igrejas
App for fast sharing of church information in digital format, with SMS integration. Winner of the 1st #HACK Indigitous Beira Hackathon (1st place — Best Technology and Innovation, October 2020).
