Problem
Restaurants needed to update the menu without reprinting it and to follow each table's orders, without tools designed for the Mozambican market.
Solution
A Laravel platform with a digital menu, content and promotion management, per-table QR ordering with real-time status tracking, and multi-restaurant administration. Led the development team, set the roadmap and validated the architecture. The project was archived in February 2026.

One QR code per table
Each table has its own QR code, so the order reaches the kitchen already tied to the table and the customer follows its status on their phone.
