Moz Agri LDA – Implementação FAMS
On-site FAMS implementation mission for Moz Agri, LDA, in Chuala/Bárue (Manica), covering 5 days of training, configuration, and system validation in real-world settings: office, field, factory, and slaughterhouse. COPRA value chain with 450–600 producers in the database.
Context
Moz Agri LDA – Implementação FAMS was delivered in a context where operations required stronger consistency, visibility, and technical delivery capacity. The engagement demanded coordination across institutional goals, end users, and execution teams.
Solution
The solution combined on-site training of 7 users: 2 field technicians, 2 warehouse/production managers, 3 system admins and full fams system configuration for the copra value chain, with emphasis on sustainable execution, operational quality, and practical adoption. The work was structured so technology and operations could evolve together.
My Role
I worked as Technical Implementer & Trainer, taking ownership of technical decisions, delivery coordination, and alignment between requirements, solution design, and expected outcomes.

The impact centered on accelerating adoption, increasing operational predictability, and improving the institution's ability to sustain the solution over time, with delivery tied to concrete outcomes.
