Problem
Moz Agri, in Chuala (Bárue, Manica), buys from smallholders — including goats and meat — and needed to record who sells what and how much, linking the field to the factory and the slaughterhouse.
Solution
A five-day on-site mission (26–30 January 2026) of configuration and training, validated in real settings: office, field, factory and slaughterhouse. Afterwards the product register was extended to goats and cattle (male and female), so that animal and meat purchases are recorded in FAMS. A reinforcement and follow-up mission followed in July 2026, with support over WhatsApp.
Technical decisions

Animals recorded by species and sex
Instead of a generic "livestock" product, the product register tells goats from cattle, male from female, because the animal's price and destination depend on it.

Validate where the work happens
Training did not stay in the office: the flow was tested in the field, the factory and the slaughterhouse, with training data cleaned before go-live.
