Context

Solution
The solution combined digital solution adoption and implementation strategy for agribusiness and successful fams implementation across 8 new agribusiness companies, with emphasis on sustainable execution, operational quality, and practical adoption. The work was structured so technology and operations could evolve together.
My Role
