Mobile and web platform supporting Mozambican community-based organizations to formalize processes, manage data, and improve operations. Evolved from MVP (2023) to a scalable production-ready solution (2024), with official launch in June 2025.
Context
KUKURA – Plataforma Digital para Organizações Comunitárias was delivered in a context where operations required stronger consistency, visibility, and technical delivery capacity. The engagement demanded coordination across institutional goals, end users, and execution teams.
Solution
The solution combined end-to-end technical architecture and digital strategy for the platform and mvp development in 2023, evolved to a scalable solution in 2024, with emphasis on sustainable execution, operational quality, and practical adoption. The work was structured so technology and operations could evolve together.
My Role
I worked as IT Tech Lead & Co-creator, taking ownership of technical decisions, delivery coordination, and alignment between requirements, solution design, and expected outcomes.
Impact
