Fonte da Vida
Digitalisation project for a religious and community organisation in Mozambique. My involvement was as technology department supervisor, providing technical guidance, oversight, and feedback to the development team throughout the project.
Context
Fonte da Vida was delivered in a context where operations required stronger consistency, visibility, and technical delivery capacity. The engagement demanded coordination across institutional goals, end users, and execution teams.
Solution
The solution combined 50,000+ downloads of the fonte da vida app and audio bible in 33+ african languages across 18+ countries, with emphasis on sustainable execution, operational quality, and practical adoption. The work was structured so technology and operations could evolve together.
My Role
I worked as Technology Supervisor — Guidance & Feedback, taking ownership of technical decisions, delivery coordination, and alignment between requirements, solution design, and expected outcomes.
Impact
The impact centered on accelerating adoption, increasing operational predictability, and improving the institution's ability to sustain the solution over time, with delivery tied to concrete outcomes.
