FUNAE – Plataforma de Mecanismo de Queixas e Reclamações (GRM)
Technical leadership in the design and development of the GRM platform for registering and monitoring submissions (Grievances, Suggestions, or Complaints) for the Mozambique Energy Fund (FUNAE). Clean code architecture, CI/CD pipeline, and advanced Automatic Assignment Algorithms for optimized workload distribution.
Context
FUNAE – Plataforma de Mecanismo de Queixas e Reclamações (GRM) was delivered in a context where operations required stronger consistency, visibility, and technical delivery capacity. The engagement demanded coordination across institutional goals, end users, and execution teams.
Solution
The solution combined technical leadership in the design and development of the grm platform and development of critical backend functionalities, including advanced automatic assignment algorithms, with emphasis on sustainable execution, operational quality, and practical adoption. The work was structured so technology and operations could evolve together.
My Role
I worked as Programmer & Technical Lead, taking ownership of technical decisions, delivery coordination, and alignment between requirements, solution design, and expected outcomes.

The impact centered on accelerating adoption, increasing operational predictability, and improving the institution's ability to sustain the solution over time, with delivery tied to concrete outcomes.
