FAMS – Farmers and Agent Management System
Core development of the FAMS system in 2 pilot companies in Manica. Backend leadership for the FAMS Core, systems administration (DevOps), deployment, and on-ground technical support. Contributed to the honey traceability plugin and developed the user manual.
Context
FAMS – Farmers and Agent Management System was delivered in a context where operations required stronger consistency, visibility, and technical delivery capacity. The engagement demanded coordination across institutional goals, end users, and execution teams.
Solution
The solution combined fams core development — communication and agricultural data management infrastructure and systems analyst: translating complex requirements into software solutions, with emphasis on sustainable execution, operational quality, and practical adoption. The work was structured so technology and operations could evolve together.
My Role
I worked as Technical Assistant, Backend Developer & DevOps, taking ownership of technical decisions, delivery coordination, and alignment between requirements, solution design, and expected outcomes.
