DONANTE – Plataforma de Doações
Donation platform MVP developed at the 2nd #HACK Indigitous Beira Hackathon (2nd place). Connects donors to credible institutions for allocation of contributions to real, verified needs in Mozambican communities.
Context
DONANTE – Plataforma de Doações was delivered in a context where operations required stronger consistency, visibility, and technical delivery capacity. The engagement demanded coordination across institutional goals, end users, and execution teams.
Solution
The solution combined 2nd place at the 2nd #hack indigitous beira hackathon (november 2021) and direct connection between donors and credible institutions, with emphasis on sustainable execution, operational quality, and practical adoption. The work was structured so technology and operations could evolve together.
My Role
I worked as Co-creator & Developer, taking ownership of technical decisions, delivery coordination, and alignment between requirements, solution design, and expected outcomes.
Impact
The impact centered on accelerating adoption, increasing operational predictability, and improving the institution's ability to sustain the solution over time, with delivery tied to concrete outcomes.
